Why do you need my postcode when I subscribe?

The offers you see in our emails and on our website are specific to you as a subscriber based on your postcode. This ensures, for example, we don't send you offers for a pub in Plymouth if you live in Edinburgh.

How do you use my personal information?

Please read our privacy policy for full details of how your information is managed and protected within Great Local Offers. In short we will never use your personal information for any purpose other than to facilitate the sending of information (primarily offers and promotions) as part fo the Great Local Offers services. We will never pass your details on to any other organisation unless required to do so by law.

Can I reduce the amount of offers I receive?

Yes. Firstly you can reduce the 'Distance From Offers' option within your profile page. We will soon be releasing an update which will allow you to control the categories of offer you receive and optionally remove certain advertisers from your weekly email.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. This is and always will be a free service to subscribers. Advertisers pay a small fee to promote their offer but there will never be a charge to subscribers to receive the email.
